If you decide to spend a few days in Oman, the best period is from the end of October to the beginning of April. During these 5 and a half months, temperatures will hover around 28 and 30\u00b0C throughout the country, so you'll be able to enjoy your trip in the best possible weather conditions. <\/span><\/p>\n If you're coming to enjoy the beaches, it's best to visit in April or October. At these times of year, the water is clear, making for superb diving.<\/span><\/p>\n However, you will need to go through the formalities to obtain permission to set down your bags on the Sultanate's soil, in order to enjoy Oman and its landscapes.<\/span><\/p>\n Since 21 March 2018, the country's immigration policies have changed and applying for a visa online is now possible, for certain nationalities. Applying at an embassy is therefore no longer necessary, as the e-visa process is faster.<\/p>\n To obtain an e-visa for Oman, you must apply online. On the website, you will need to submit a visa application and attach the following documents:<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to these documents, you will need to pay the application and visa fees. Fees increase for multiple entries and long stays. After an average of 3 days, you will receive your visa confirmation by e-mail. You will need to print out this visa and present it as proof.<\/span><\/p>\n Before submitting your application, however, you should ensure that you are eligible for entry to Oman, to avoid any unsuccessful efforts.<\/span><\/p>\n On the home page, you'll find the nationalities eligible for a Oman e-visa<\/strong>. If yours is not on the list, you will have to find a way other than the e-visa to enter the country. You must not have an Israeli visa in your passport, or you will simply be refused a visa for Oman.
