To finalise your request, you will need to send us the photocopy of passport<\/strong> to the page containing the photo, valid for at least 6 months after your arrival in the Sultanate of Oman, and a passport photo<\/strong>. <\/i>\ud83c\udfe2 Can I get a visa for Oman locally?<\/a><\/h3>

Since 21 March 2018, only the e-Visa allows entry to the Sultanate of Oman for tourism purposes.<\/strong> The \"classic\" visa is no longer issued by embassies, in order to reduce waiting times at representations and airports.<\/p>\n

Since December 2020, some one hundred nationalities have been visa-exempt<\/strong> for stays of up to 14 days. See next point.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i>\u23f3 When should I apply for an e-Visa for the Sultanate of Oman?<\/a><\/h3>

The Omani e-Visa requires entry to the country within 6 months of issue. <\/strong>We recommend that you submit your request no more than 3 days before arriving in Oman.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i>\ud83d\udee9 Do I need a visa for a transit\/stopover in Oman?<\/a><\/h3>

If you are in transit \u2708 in Muscat but do not leave the airport, you will not need a visa.<\/strong>. If you are in transit for a long period (up to 72 hours), you can apply for a transit visa with the help of your airline.<\/p>\n

Passengers on cruise ships calling at Oman can apply for a free 10-day visa directly at the port of arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

With a valid visa for Dubai, you can enter the Sultanate of Oman for 3 weeks without an additional visa.<\/p>\n
