These documents will be requested by email once the form has been completed and paid for. We will then put them in the correct format to minimise the risk of refusal, you can send them to us in the format of your choice. Documents need only be legibleso that you can compare them with your manually entered data.
Minors must provide the same documents as adults.

A full-colour, high-definition scan of an ID photo, ideally complying with passport photo standards: sharp, without folds or smudges.
The photo can be square or rectangular, but above all recent, resembling the one in the passport. It doesn't matter if the hairstyle has changed in the meantime. You can take your own photoas long as you comply with the constraints listed.

A high-definition colour scan of the identity pages of your valid passport (the one used for your trip to Oman). This is the page of your passport showing your date of birth, passport number, etc.
Attention your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Oman. This cannot be an emergency green passport, nor a diplomatic passport. You are strongly advised to have 3 blank pages (2 facing each other) in your passport when you arrive in Oman.
You will need to book your flights in advance.
If you are not travelling by air, please send us your train, boat or other transport tickets. This will enable us to provide information about your country of origin or the countries you travelled through before arriving in the Sultanate.
